Privacybeleid
A2 Easy ("wij", "ons") is een dienst van Eren Yildirim, gevestigd in Nederland. Dit privacybeleid beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens wij verzamelen wanneer u A2 Easy gebruikt, waarom wij deze verwerken, hoe lang wij ze bewaren en welke rechten u heeft.
1. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij

Wij verzamelen geen bijzondere persoonsgegevens (zoals gegevens over gezondheid, religie of politieke voorkeur).
2. Waarom verwerken wij uw gegevens
Wij verwerken uw gegevens uitsluitend om de A2 Easy-dienst te leveren: het aanbieden van oefenexamens voor het DUO A2 Spreken-examen, het beoordelen van uw antwoorden met behulp van AI en het tonen van uw voortgang.
3. Sub-verwerkers
Wij maken gebruik van de volgende dienstverleners die (tijdelijk) toegang kunnen hebben tot uw gegevens:

Waar gegevens buiten de EU worden verwerkt, is dit gedekt door de standaard contractbepalingen (SCC's) van de betreffende dienstverlener of een adequaatheidsbesluit van de Europese Commissie.
4. Bewaartermijnen

Wanneer u uw account verwijdert, worden al uw persoonsgegevens binnen 30 dagen gewist uit onze systemen.
5. Uw rechten onder de AVG
Als betrokkene heeft u de volgende rechten:
- Inzage — u kunt opvragen welke gegevens wij van u hebben.
- Rectificatie — u kunt onjuiste gegevens laten corrigeren.
- Verwijdering — u kunt verzoeken dat wij uw gegevens wissen.
- Beperking — u kunt vragen om de verwerking tijdelijk te beperken.
- Overdraagbaarheid — u kunt een kopie van uw gegevens in een gangbaar formaat ontvangen.
- Bezwaar — u kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking op grond van gerechtvaardigd belang.
Om een van deze rechten uit te oefenen, stuurt u een e-mail naar privacy@a2easy.nl. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen.
Bent u niet tevreden met onze afhandeling? Dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
6. Cookies
A2 Easy gebruikt alleen strikt noodzakelijke cookies voor authenticatie en sessiebeheer. Wij gebruiken geen tracking-cookies, advertentiecookies of analytics van derden.
7. Beveiliging
Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (TLS), beperkte toegangsrechten en opslag in beveiligde EU-datacenters.
8. Wijzigingen
Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd aanpassen. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen informeren wij u via de app of per e-mail. De datum bovenaan geeft aan wanneer het beleid voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.

10. Toepasselijk recht

A2 Easy ("we", "us") is a service by Eren Yildirim, based in the Netherlands. This privacy policy describes what personal data we collect when you use A2 Easy, why we process it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have.

2. Why we process your data
We process your data solely to deliver the A2 Easy service: offering practice exams for the DUO A2 Spreken exam, assessing your answers using AI, and displaying your progress.

Where data is processed outside the EU, this is covered by the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) of the relevant service provider or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
4. Retention periods

When you delete your account, all your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
5. Your rights under the GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Access — you may request which data we hold about you.
- Rectification — you may have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — you may request that we delete your data.
- Restriction — you may ask us to temporarily restrict processing.
- Portability — you may receive a copy of your data in a common format.
- Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, send an email to privacy@a2easy.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
Not satisfied with our handling? You may file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
6. Cookies
A2 Easy uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), restricted access rights, and storage in secured EU data centres.
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will inform you via the app or by email. The date at the top indicates when the policy was last updated.
